Treasure House does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or disability in any program or activity we administer.
That includes programs carried out by our consultants, contractors, and vendors. Intimidation or retaliation as a result of a complaint is prohibited by law.
Formal complaints must be filed within 180 calendar days of the alleged act of discrimination. You may also file directly with the City of Phoenix Public Transit Department or the Federal Transit Administration.

Treasure House holds a Title VI plan because it receives Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 funds as a subrecipient, administered through the City of Phoenix Public Transit Department. The plan below was board-approved on 14 November 2025.
